Arrive early, heavy beach traffic is expected.

Parking for runners is free, changing areas and rest rooms will be available.

Race day bib pick-up will be available starting at 7:00 am.

Race starts at 8:00 am SHARP, course officially closes at noon.  Please, no bikes, dogs, or strollers!

For those who are into 'T' Shirts, there will be a limited number of race souvenir tech shirts available at cost.

Online registration only at RunSignUp until race limit of 1,000 is reached.

NO ENTRY FEE, please bring a donation of food for the Gemma E. Moran United Way/Labor Food Center.  The United Way food truck will be at the starting line area prior to race for drop off.  Please drop off food before you pick up your bib.

Do not alter bib number, must be worn on chest, bib transfer not allowed.

VERY IMPORTANT: Roads are open to traffic!  Course Monitors, NLPD, Waterford PD, and Waterford Fire Police will assist.  Use extreme caution at all times during race especially at intersections.

In New London all course mile marks and all turns are painted on roads in green.

In Waterford paint on roads is not allowed, look for green arrow signs.

There are eight water stops, warm weather is expected, properly hydrate.

Please do not litter!

All official finishers will receive a custom half marathon medal.

The NLFD Famous Sprinkler will be set up just beyond the finish line, you'll love it!

Awards and huge raffle at noon, stick around, take a swim, relax, rehydrate, nothing will be mailed.

Race day volunteers are always greatly appreciated, please see Race Director if you would like to help.

Most of all, enjoy the race, the hospitality of Beautiful Ocean Beach Park, the City of New London, and the Town of Waterford.  Don't forget your swimsuit!
